Our Skills-Based Competitions

PrizeKings currently operates skills-based competitions, including our Spot the Ball format.

These competitions are structured so that winners are determined by the application of skill and judgement, not by chance. As such, they fall outside of traditional lottery or gambling licensing requirements under South African law.

All competitions are operated in accordance with applicable legislation and consumer protection requirements.

To support this growth, we are in the process of applying for the appropriate licences required to introduce additional prize draw and promotional competition products in the future.
